Zelda Windwaker Style Peach.
My first attempt at duplicating the style.
I hate shading... so much. OTL

I used several references for the clothes and body anatomy, which include:
Head/face: [link]
Body/dress: [link]
Arms: [link]

And texture:[link] and then I applied an addition grain effect to it.

I probably won't being doing a lot of these, since I can't really draw the style well without a bunch of references for each body part. OTL
But I wanted to at least get Peach done, so here you are. I /might/ do Daisy, because she's a cutie.

Some of it was done with just the standard stroke[I forgot the number I used], but for the messy parts, I did a back layer, no stroke, black fill, and made a messy/randomly clicked round shape behind each layer that had a thick stroke.
I guess my wording might not make a whole lot of sense, since I mostly just winged the messy look. XP
